ER Group has partnered with EDGAR®Online and its partners (www.edgr.com) to provide the electronic filing, storing, searching and analysis of financial reports of companies listed on the Nigeria Stock Exchange.

EDGAR®Online and its partners, UBPartner, UBmatrix, SQL Power and others (EDGAR®Online), will provide the XBRL processing platform similar to the platform used by publicly listed companies in the US to electronically file their financial reports.
