Mr. Oluwole Oyelola

  • Mr. Oyelola is the chief investment officer of ER Group, LLC.
  • Over 22 years experience in investment and financial analysis and management including over 9 years of substantial experience in fixed income and equity trading and settlements (from working with Massachusetts Life Insurance in Springfield, MA).
  • Formerly employed at The Hartford Financial Group, tasks included:
    • Being responsible  for the handing of $200 billion in assets, including  over 6,000 funds used in the valuation of over 100,000 sub-accounts.
    • Overseeing  complex processes and controls  involving  multiple units, internal accounting systems and eight external service providers
    • Leading a team in audit and compliance activities  including  Reg. 22c2 frequent trading monitoring and Shareholders Proxy voting tabulation
  • Worked with SS&C Technologies Inc. Utilizing SS&C’s Derivatives System in transacting FX, Swaps, Swaptions, Bonds, Caps and Floors for various hedge funds and commercial banks
  • Reviewed OTC/ISDA, Counterparty  SWAP agreements for various hedge funds
